i go with a mix every morning for breakfast/pre w/o usally egg whites(1/2c,1/4c greek,1c oats,apple or banana,and coconut milk and almonds or natural peanut butter)get around 30g of pro from this and 75g carbs,25g fat.
Why not just eat what you feel like if it fits in for last meal,saying if you like turkey and cottage cheese eat that or i friggin hunk of cheese and some broccoli,i know what i like and that works for "me"tried about everything but as for "me"seems 2oz low fat chedder/2oz turkey some califlower...
Im under the impression that when you w/o actually during your recovery days that your building muscle which inturn raising your matab which burns more cals anyway.?more cals burnt=more loss.and a bonus of feeling of a good w/o is priceless!
Well if you couldnt see your abs before and there starting to show alittle more now its very possiable your gaining muscle while losing fat.I'd forget about weight and go with the mirror.Who cares what you weight if your humbbled in the mirror and clothes are fitting better!

You can use them like butter,mix with tuna,rice the ideas are endless.
It all depends on your taste.I myself have found that cutting it up in chucks and putting on brown rice is pretty good.
When i did try it think it was carb slam to i could actually feel the crash after about 20min.
