    yeah mine inceased at the start but by the end of the cycle it was gone and i got lathargic .but after proper pct its was all back up and runin.

    i had the same pains on hdrol ..and started to get em on epi but i figured out if i had a solid meal every time i had one they went ,didnt get em any more try to take em with food see how that helps

    get a tub of real gains by unerversial nutrition and drink that sh** between healthy meals that worked for me and alot of people i know.just dont over do the real gains i seen alot of people get fat off that stuff

    hey britmax a realy good weight gainer is real gains by universal nutrion it worked pretty good for me and mates that i told but if you dose on it wrong youl pack it on real quick.

    i was doin sum research on h-drol and nutraplanet suggested there best pct are Advanced PCT by AX with Retain 2 by AX but a pct is a definat must im still a bit weary on taking these h drols till i know a bit more.plus im gonna take a cycle support during the cycle
