Ive only tried Kanna from the most recommend vendor on the kanna subreddit, its an extract and I had an allergic reaction to it and broke out into hives, pretty much sucked. but I seem to be an isolated case. Many people love the stuff, but its pretty short lived but worth a shot. I snorted mine...

I don't take stims or caffeine pre-workout since I don't hit the gym till 9PM and go to bed about 12:30. So, I'll just use the pre on the weekends when I hit the gym earlier. A couple of amped up workouts are better than none.

Yeah ditto! I never even knew this product existed. I’ve always been able to go to sleep very quickly, but 4-5 hours later I wake up and 99.9% of the time I can’t fall back to sleep until 1-2 hours later. My sleep hygiene is good (blacked out cool room, no lights etc) but can never just sleep...
