    I get horrible headaches the next day after drinking 1 beer while on a cycle. If drinking is that important to you, then wait to start your cycle.

    Really haven't changed diet from on/off cycle other than increased protein. I'm just impressed with the weight gain from "cutting" pros. Was just curious of potential "bulking" pros experiences.

    Headache after stop taking prohormones.

    I got headaches for the first week after finishing all 3 halo cycles. Just take motrin, fluids, and Gatorade. They will stop.

    I wouldn't taper of halo. If anything, I would run like 50/day for 2 weeks, then 100/day for the next 4 weeks. Lethargy the last week or two but results will rock.
