I think your math is off. 8g of cit Mal at a 2:1 ratio is 4g of citrulline. Not saying that’s a bad dose by any means though. Just prefer l citrulline myself and found that 6g is an ideal dose for me

Ok but that’s part of the issue. Companies skimp out with the malate and you don’t get same citrulline dosage. For example if my pre contains 6g of pure l cit then I’d need a product to have 12g of cit Mal in order to get the same dosage. What pre out there contains 12g citrulline malate...

Yea seems like more and more companies are switching over to l cit which is great. Just wonder when every company will get the memo

Will not purchase any pre with citrulline malate. Give me pure L cit or nothing

Preach! I have people in the gym ask me all the time what preworkout I take. I ask them the same and usually my mind is blown by their product choice and lack of knowledge

I’ve double dosed vaso6 before (600mg instead of 300mg) and noticed a big time difference in vascularity, fullness and duration of pump.

Respect for that and also for having a 20 year old dog.
