    That is a big split for the military taping/height system, however a 40in waste does mean you are on the tubby side. People usually think that they are a lot leaner than they really are. That was water weight. Look up the CKD diet, fats are not bad. I'd say get your diet on point then worry...

    Navy PRT is a cake walk, I usually swim mine. I'd say train to max out your push/sit ups, and do some 400m-800m intervals. That will definately shed off a few lbs, if your diet is in check.
