    Quick question (search returned nothing relevant). I'm in week 3 of my Epi cycle and my allergies have been taking a toll on me. Flonase helps me out immensely but I don't know if its ok to take with epistane since it is a steroid. Anyone have some insight?

    Its a natural test booster but you will need a liver cleanser to run this. 3d muscles cannot be promised although a few of our research subjects have reported this.

    Haha the stickies make it easy. I wanted to use the epi to harden my SD gains since I am planning a very clean diet to go along with the cycle. Since there seems to be no other alternative to epi for a bridge I think im just going to go with that.

    I bulked to 180ish(4 weeks of a PH and the rest natty) and because of ramadan(muslim month of fasting) lost around 15 lbs. I want to get to 180 again but leaner than I was before.
