    Yeah, I’m afraid to take more than 20mcg at one time so I’ll be splitting it up during the day and like you said, build it up.     While I have you here, do you know how I’d incorporate liquid T3 the same way? Not sure when I would take it. I was thinking I could do clen 20 mcg 5am, 9 am, 12pm to work in 50-60mcg and then t3 at 3pm at maybe 30mcg to start and work my way up to 50mcg after like 3 days.
