I might give that a shot... I have run a couple cycle of aas before. So maybe 10 and 8 wont do too much for me. But maybe it will help me maintain/ grow a bit more.

Right! Thanks for reminding me of that. Lots of information leaves you forgetting one thing or the other. Any info i should know about epic or is it a follow the directions kind of thing?
1st off, i was keeping it short.
Therefore i didnt go too in depth.
Prepped for the cycle first. Then 2 weeks out started cycle support.
1st week on through week 12 I dosed 400mg test e up to 500mg per week. (Increased after a while)
Weeks 1-4 i used T bol for kick start.

Well I am back to normal today, maybe 95% normal... And I ended up at medical after 4-5 days of the ****s just about everytime. Thing is I quit taking SHIFT when I first realized it could be causing it. 4 days later and it was still happening I was concerned it was something else. Unfortunately...
although it recommends 1-2 on an empty stomach I was splitting the dose. I honestly don't need the appetite suppression. So I will try dosing it with food. Probably take today off it to see if I can pull together. Yesterday I had squats... That, and the way I feel is the definition of "worried"...
