Thanks Driven2lift! I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but I want to look hard. I want to be able to see the muscle from all the hard work I've put it and I feel with that extra layer of fat the definition isn't that visible. I'm probably wanting a quick fix which I know isn't the answer...
