My apologies if I'm beating a dead horse BUT..
Towards the end of a workout..lets say arm day.. I throw in additional sets with light weight to failure.
10-12 reps with failure at the last rep. Do these sets with lighter weight cause as much microtrauma as my first few sets with heavy weight...
I love tren.. but anything above 500mg and I turn into a pissed off machine 24/7. The mental fog gets to be too much. If I ever run it again I'll stick to 400mg.
The only way I would run it higher is if I had cabergoline..
And anyone doing tren for a first cycle is an idiot and is asking to...
Jakz all good man. Last cycke I blew up from 205 to 235 with test tren and tbol. I've tried anavar but didn't really notice much but a little fuller looking and an empty wallet at 50mg a day!
Definitely going to give tbol another try
Jakz.. I'm running enanthate esters. So about 15-16 weeks. I've had success bulking with tbol before. Loved it. I just didn't know if it would be a waste in a cutting cycle. 80mg a day it is then!
I'm in a deficit of 400-600 calories a day. Meaning to maintain my current weight of 215 lb I would need to eat about 2800 calories. I'm cutting so therefore I drop my calories to about 2300 and it puts me in a calorie deficit to cut. Didn't mean to confuse anyone?
Thank you so much Judo.. one other quick question...
The point of adding more volume is to tear muscle down even more to ensure hypertrophy.. Right?
Even though I would be working with lighter weights towards the end of my session, I will still be achieving muscle failure by rep 10 or so. So...
I've been doing alot of research on hyperplasia and hypertrophy...
I've been adding increasing amounts of volume on after my usual heavy lifts on training days..
By volume I don't mean reps of 20 or 30. I'm adding about 5-8 more sets of moderate weight for about 10 - 12 reps. I feel like it's...
Some people won't need an AI on that low a dose of test. Expecially running Masteron at that dose. I'm currently running masteron at 700mg per week and have aromasin on hand. I haven't needed it yet...
The only real way to tell if you need an AI is to get bloods done.. be careful not to crash...
