I'm also 16 and been working out for about 7 months 5 times a week and made huge gains in size and strength, for your body to build muscle you need to eat more calories than you burn, so start eating more!! also eat lots and lots of protein and you should get stronger in no time
I am currently trying to cut, I'm about 15% bodyfat and want to get down to about 8-10% in about a month, can that be done? I'm also wanting to use warrior blaze to help me? will this work??
