    hey guys..im 20 years old..only ran one PH before (epi). This is my 2nd and final PH..i bought two bottles and plan to do 50/75/75/75/75/75 cycle of h-drol..I have milk thistle right now and am drinking 1.5 gallons of water..i dont plan on drinkin much alcohol either..My question is what else...
