Agreed, you need to keep your core tight so your arms do all the work. Also i think a cut would be a good move. Good luck and keep updating to show results!

I have the same problem. I slowed my reps down considerably (4-5 seconds down 2-3 seconds up) and this had added noticeable size to my chest in relatively short time. Thats all the advice i have, as if i had more my chest would be alot better! Good luck
I found weighted ab exercises rapidly enhanced the definition of my abs compared to bodyweight exercises. But its true that abs are built in the kitchen, cut down on the carbs
