    Yes, Effexor (venlafaxine) is known to cause weight-gain, as are nearly all antidepressants. Wellbutrin (bupropion) is a rare one in that it doesn't cause weight-gain, so it might be worth her speaking to her doctor about a change of prescription. :thumbsup:

    I did 3 movements of 5 sets each after a back WO on Tuesday but my biceps had recevered nearly completely the next day so I decided to hit them a little harder today doing 4 movements of 5 sets each. I added cable curls to bb curls, hammers and machine preacher curls.
