  1. PES Erase/DAA and Blood Pressure?

    I monitor my BP nearly daily. I also take a lot of supps, but after adding PES, BP went up noticeably, specifically the systolic. I was curious if others have had the same experience. Am going off it today to see if it comes back down.
  2. Cutting isn't working

    You don't say what kind of carbs. I'd limit them to green vegetables. Nothing white (no rice, bread, wheat, sugar or even fruit). You might bump up the BCAAs if you are training with any intensity.
  3. Sleep issues

    You don't have to be overweight to have sleep apnea. I'm about 11% BF and I've used a CPAP for 6 or 7 years. I used to wake up to pee several times a night. At least that's what I thought it was. If you can afford it, get a sleep study. There are other sleep disorders they can uncover too...
