Quick Update. My macros haven't been consistent especially yesterday probably at half of what i needed to eat but i got my protein intake.
i am very happy to say i am up 2-3 pounds from starting this cycle so far. This Saturday will be 2 weeks.

Update! Can confirm. Lat muscles are bigger. I usually wear tight wife beaters at night. They def small on me. But i just wore 3 different ones all the same brand and size. The clothing is digging into my right lat. now i need new wife beaters..

based on what I can see in the photos. your frames genetic peak limit is probably 178 pounds lean. so gaining mass is going to be very difficult you will get diminished returns as you get closer to peak. Assuming myostatin inhibitors work you may benefit. I too am 5,10 similar frame My goal...
So day 3 nothing crazy to report I did my workouts. The workouts were great but I started noticing some weight gain on the scale but nothing cosmetically obvious.
