Yeah I do too. I had the original Honey Badger but the Solution said the new one was different somehow. So I was just assuming this was the same situation too.
Isn’t this one an older one that had already been released in the past? I have the old version of the Honey Badger already. Wonder if it’s the same program.
After comparing the splits it looks like it’s the same program.
From what I’ve heard Fortitude Training is supposed to be awesome. I have all his programs but have her to try them. I’m currently running a different program but plan to give it a shot very soon.
No worries. I mean the setup is much more basic as compared to his other programs. Each program has two sets of exercises Monday-Sunday and you repeat the one week for 4 weeks then move on to the next set. If that makes sense.
I’ve only glanced through them. But the biggest change is the structure of the workouts. At some point they all become very similar as far as exercise choices. I plan to start Warlock Monday.
I looked at Week 1 Day 1 of warlock and it only has one barbell exercise.
