    I get the tingles too big time. Second dose today and got them on a short cardio warm up before doing chest. Got similar effect from V12 a few years ago. I suppose it's good because I had totally adapted to Superpump. Took 2 weeks off from all supps before starting this. Thumbs up for Jack3d!
