Ahh ok maybe I might force myself to get up earlier and do those sprints before breakfast and keep my weight training to afternoons after work. I haven't put on to much fat while bulking so hopefully it comes off pretty easy with those sprints and I'm gonna use interval training on the rowing...
Ok awesome thanks mate I've been told to eat a couple of hundred cals under my maintenance should I do this by keeping my protein up but dropping some of my carbs? I was gonna still eat carb for breakfast and lunch but that's all
