    you could read more about it @ melanotan.org , its been a few years since I used it. Theres an issue of purity of the product I believe, some suppliers are better than others etc. and its not permanent. There seems to be an implant version but not sure how it works .

    I tried it before, it works well. I only noticed the tanning effects not any other effects such as libido, fat loss etc. You need exposure to the sun for it to work. The cost vs benefit isn't that great to me.
