    Get your bodyfat% down. Leaning out should be your goal before trying to put on more mass. After that you could try to put on more weight but I wouldn't go over 15% or so

    Sounds like it's time for a break there guy, I would advise taking a little bit of time off from lifting, or at the least, reduce the number of sets you are performing.

    You should be fine, I ate around that when I was around your weight. I went heavy on carbs (good carbs)

    MusclePharm, Muscletech; both companies seem to hype things up a bit much
