    So true man! Most I've seen are from overhyped people of a younger age. From what I have experienced, I MAY have gained some muscle (granted while on a calorie deficit) on 15mg/ED of 'Ostarine'. Training and recovery are both pretty good so I doubt those are the factors. So for the negatives...

    Your staple exercises are mainly pull-focused so why not include some rows? Barbell, t-bar, dumbbell, even machine or cable.

    I would suggest you to try activating the upper pec region through something like a few sets of upward cable fly, then doing a 15° Smith bench press while trying out different hand positioning. The goal is to be able to feel the targeted area so maybe just contract that area before training it...

    If you mean the lower traps, try pronated shrugs, reverse fly, deadlift/rack pulls.

    Maximum muscle contraction and intensity will yield better results that just doing volume. Try training your legs both better AND harder.

    Bone length is pretty much genetics. Just build the biggest shoulders possible, don't overtrain your upper traps if you are really narrow.

    Great improvement man! I would say try to improve all the muscle groups that can make you look wider/thicker. Shoulders, back and legs for that x-frame.

    To me, natural means never having used any Peptides, Pro-Hormones, SARMs, Anabolics and Androgens. Things like Clen and DNP also count as unnatural.
