    I am planning on running nolva through the rest of my cycle and as part of my pct because i am paranoid about gyno. what is the dosage for running nolva while on cycle, 10 mg ed? and the pct should look something like 20/20/10/10.

    Yea its not painful and it is not continuous. I can't feel a lump, just some excess fat (i think). When people say a "lump" is this something that if you are feeling around you definitely can feel a solid mass?

    I am currently on my second week of 1Andro and 4AD by AMS. I have noticed a slight itchiness that comes and goes in my right nipple. Is this the first sign of gyno? should i start taking letro or nolva to prevent it? im paranoid as i think that i may be slightly prone to gyno. thanks guys

Ive been noticing some itchiness in my right nipple that comes and goes. Is that an early sign of gyno? should i stop the 4AD? should i get some nolva and start running...

    Would there be any reason to take more than the reccomended dose of 2 tabs of each a day? Also I was just curious if there have been any reports of gyno while on or after a cycle of the hormone regulation kit at the reccomended dose for 4 weeks.

    Just took my first dose of each. both taste pretty decent. the 1-Andro dissolved better than the 4-AD

    i have an old bottle of arom-x with 1,4,6 etioallocholan dione. the expiration date is 2010. can i still use it or has it lost its efectiveness. should i use this older one i have or the current arom-x rde for pct

    Thanks for all the input. I was just wondering why on the box of the hormone regulation kit it doesn't say anywhere how to take it, i.e. hold in mouth for 30 seconds then swallow. Is there a reason for that?

    ok that is what i thought. i would like to have a SERM on hand but i don't know what companies to trust. Can i expect pretty good gains in 4 weeks on the new stack?
