Have been taking time off from heavy lifting due to back pain and serious hip, core and back tightness. What stretches would best help me loosen up and feel more athletic?
I'm leaving for Aruba in a week... I was wondering what the best strategy would be for me to look my best while away. Should I eat low carbs for the week or will that plan be bad if I don't restrict carbs while away? Any input welcome.
I'm currently basing my training around high weight compound lifts. My diet plan is simply to get a lot of complex carbs before workouts and lots of protein throughout the day. Ergo test could help me improve my strength with increased testosterone, trying to get over 300 in my bench!
