The way I see it is ph/designers are just precursors which means more work for your body to do to get the raw compound. This is done to avoid legal complications, correct me if I am wrong? I'll stick to some good old test E and its fellow derivatives

On the first page I think your normal flat bench you start off with 205x5, just figured that was different than the norm thought it was kind of interesting. I usually hit real light first then jump up in increments like 135x12/185x8/225x6. I'm gonna try your method see if I get better results!
