Hey guys, was wanting to know people's on joe defranco's west side program. I know a few people on my soccer and track team who have done it. But I want to see how people on the forums like it.
So basically in 5/3/1 you keep on progressing with all your lifts by increasing the intensity. I hear the strength gains are incredible but what about muscle gains?

I would throw in some steak or ground turkey just to keep it random and to avoid being sick of chicken. Unless chicken is the only thing you can afford.

Man are you serious 29 pounds in 3 years is good! But then again you're at 21% body fat so
I would definitely cut hardcore. 21% is way too big. As for your muscles if you want more try switching up your routine. With different rep speeds, sets and just different amount of reps.
