Well guys 10, days after my last post and I am sitting at 172, 9.3% BF as of this morning. I've been trimming fat and hitting some crazy cardio to get ready for my first competition. I'm still retaining my size however which is great!
Changed up my cycle actually, it's Test Prop 100mg ED and Inj Winny 25mg ED along with two weeks on two weeks off of Clen. Aromasin was recommended to me due to the shut down of test that occurs with winny and the ED injection of test. Was this not a good recommendation?

Yesterday was the last day of my cycle. I read there was no tapering needed so I didn't taper off.
Currently sitting at 178, 11% BF and 455 squat. As the days go on I'll be commenting every so often giving updates on my weight and strength
