    That I'm actually not 100% sure if it is in the law or not (perhaps someone can chime in?). However, they used that fact as evidence that DMAA wasn't legal under DSHEA.

However, 4000 deaths from cervical cancer is far greater than the number of deaths confirmed to be from the HPV vaccine (zero). 4000 deaths is also higher than all reported vaccine adverse events reported in 2015.     I'm sure you know that adipose tissue around the breast area isn't the same thing as gynecomastia... True, but the pathophysiology of gynecomastia is fairly well understood.
