I take Alpha Burn with caffeine pill 30 mins prior to running. I'm thinking of adding DCP dose to that. Is it ok or no? Please advise.
Update: I had over 5000 kcal last night and majority were carbs, cheesecakes, pastries, cookies, fried rice, french fries (broke my keto diet after 9 days). Took KI and Mct 2 hours later, my blood ketones were at .3 mmol this morning at 6.

I ask because some gent in here said he stopped keto while on Testruction due to keto and Test boosters being non complementary and non synergistic to one another. If you're correct, then good for me. There is no way in hell I'm getting off CKD unless it's by accident or lack of discipline.
I can attest to this. I'm on a low carb diet but hardly ever reach ketosis. I only eat less than 20 g carb a day and fail to get into ketosis using blood strips. As a 165 lber, I consume 175 g protein. I believe that amount for my weight is way too much protein for ketogenic purposes.
I've been on Testruction for 9 days now and taking AD3 AI with it. No signs of feminism. I just look dried as raisin, leaner, but no weight loss even on a hard-core ketogenic diet.
I'm on full CKD with KI and I'm not seeing the flatness you speak of. Maybe it's the creatine? I haven't been losing weight too which is quite odd. I drop weight quickly on keto but not this time around. Could be testeuction. Who knows.
You ever blood test? If so do you ever get above .3 mmol for ketones, without the use of KI? I ask because I would go keto for more than a week and the highest ketone measurement I can get is .3. Maybe it's cause 175 grams of protein is causing gluconeogenesis? What say you?
