ABIT OF HISTORY
When i was 14, i struggled with a eating disorder, yes i was FAT ha,, i was 15stone at 5 foot,,
i then start training, got my weight down 10 stone by 17,, at 5,11 i was wayyy 2 week and skinny looking,,
im not 12,6 stone, 174pounds and rising,
my bf is about 13-14 %
this lifestyle,suits me down to the ground, as i loveee to eat, now i just make all my food the healthy opinion,, alot steak,eggs chicken, tuna, peanut butter , oatmeal, so on,, as bodybuilding you should eat 6 meals a day,, nothing better,, i have never missed a meal in near a year,,
my goal is get 210-220 lbs and 10% bf ,, let this journey continue
