    No joke, when I counseled last year we had a game where the kids had to carry the other kids a ways and across the line...counselors had to do it, too. That was a good workout, but only lasted 2 weeks.

    I had the same problem, especially after I'm worn out (love the 5x5). I fixed it by making sure my back was straight (even more closer to a 45 degree angle) and I was squatting lower to grab the bar - when I pick it up, I look up with my eyes (not moving my head) and it's kept my form solid...

    Haha the problem wasn't my diet was deficient in carbs, it was just deficient in the good kind. ;) I thought the KK would be good to use with the Slin pre-wkt and just use complex carbs from natural sources for everything else.
