180kg (396) good, 185kg (407) fail.
Had to lower the opener, 180kg was my planned opener, warmups were not smooth, pulled a slow 170, then a slower 180 (moved like the 473 from March)
I think that you should take the good advice you are giving and stop making excuses. If you want to look like your in shape then be a man and put forth the effort, not excuses.
