Been in the gym inconsistent for 11 months and before that as well as during the gym time moderately performing numerous calisthenics. Looking to GAIN SERIOUS TOTAL BODY STRENGH AND MASS AS WELL AS BEING ABLE TO RUN 5 MILES STRAIGHT WITHOUT FEELING LIKE I'M GOING TO LITERALLY PASS OUT/BLACKOUT.
