That's never occurred to me either, since it is directly ab fat, should I focus more heavily on Abs to help break that down? Cardio is pretty much out of the question until this cycle is finished.
This stuff made me **** my brains out... We used to give it to random guys at the gym and tell them it was amazing and they could probably bench a good 20lbs more with it same day.... If they fell for it, they **** the rest of the gym and night lol. Just my experience.
