    Most weight gainers have a lot of sugar in them, so I'd say make your own: pb, oatmeal, whole milk, protein powder, bananas, ice, and flax oil is a good high calorie source. But currently I am using UpYourMass Cookie n Cream, mixes amazingly well with milk, and tastes amazing.

    Gamer is right 8-12 is for hypertrophy, and anything above that is for endurance. What I would suggest is at the last set (or at the end of the set for that muscle) you could do it all the way to failure using a medium weight that you can for 15-20 times. if you lift 8-12 reps for 3 or 4 sets...

    Totally agreed! If I didn't get stoned I'd be screwing everything up. I smoke a bowl a day 3 hours post workout and i'm out like a baby. Mind-muscle control is excellent esp during bench and squats!!!:thumbsup:

    If your stomach can tolerate it, it is a nice aide to have for hardgainers like S2S said. it CHoclate milke is what I perfer. it has more calories than white whole milks but both have the same 20% casein and 80% whey in it with 240 calories. But does have high sugar..
