Dude, test drops like a prom dress once you're in your thirties. That's why i'm on here! There's no such thing as "cheating" when it comes to boosting test unless you count that half an apple pie i killed the other night. Just my opinion.
Overall I would say TFA is pretty good if you want to boost your test, libido, kick the lagging energy up a little and get some good solid pumps on. The only negative thing I can say about TFA is the pills are pretty big.... And you have to swallow down three of them at a time twice a day. I...
Yes, i wanted to see what effect it could have by itself. I used a pre workout energy drink a few times but other than the pre workout drink, creatime and some fish oil and multi vitamins i used TFA solo.
I actually have another bottle ready to go. But I think i'm going to finish up one and then lay off a week or so and see what of any effects it has had on my natural state.

It retains some oil. And if you have an almond habit and/ort ake fishies you'll get your fats in. I just prefer it dry as hell because ...i'm weird ha ha.

Natty peanut butter is also a great quick few grams...plus some fats. Kroger has a machine that grinds roasted peanuts on the spot!! Good and dry. just like i like it

Body fortress or whatever that cheap $hit's called at Wal Mart. Cookies and cream.
Real protein:
my favorite is deer... That's right... I hunt. Bison is awesome, other than that... Sirloin and chicken breast.
