  1. Scivation Xtend or Modern BCAA

It is a little pricey, but Core ABCs is the best BCAA supplement (and then some) that I have tried. I have also used Extend and enjoy the taste of Core ABCs much better.
  2. 32 almost 33 but just don't have strength or energy

Make sure that you ask your doctor to include a hormone panel and esterodial sensitive test in your blood work. They will not do it unless you specifically ask them to.
  3. Bent over row question

I use a reverse grip when doing bent-over rows and find that it helps me isolates my lats more than an overhand grip. I also like the pendlay rows
  4. AGEFORCE.com Feedback

How do you handle taking a show with these patches on? I am particularly interested in the pre and post workout patch. However, the instructions say that it must be in contact with your skin for a period of 8 hours. I work out first thing in the morning, eat, shower and then go to work.
  5. Chiropractic / Musculoskeletal / Joint pain Q & A...

Thanks Doc. I appreciate the advice. I will try and find a local Chiropractor to get this thing fixed.
  6. Chiropractic / Musculoskeletal / Joint pain Q & A...

Doc, I hurt my lower back doing a deadlift about 2 weeks ago. I didn't know it at the time, but I was at the onset of a cold when it happened. I was struggling with my workout that day but decided to press on and in the process of pulling 375 lb, I lifted my hips too early and hurt something...
  7. shoulder surgery and recovery

Good luck AMBulldog. I hope the surgery goes well and that you are back to working out in no time.
  8. Just started 100mg test

Got it. Thanks. I am 41 and just starting TRT and my protocol will be the same as yours. I hope I end up feeling as good as you do.
  9. Just started 100mg test

Penner, Are you taking 200 mg as week, spread into two doses of 100mg each, or are you taking 400 mg a week, spread into two doses of 200 mg a week? It was not clear to me from your post.
  10. Picking A Sleep Aid Stack:

I also have a problem sleeping. My problem is not initially going to sleep, but that I wake up an hour or so later and simply can't go back to sleep. I tried Melatonin, Knockout and Relax-All, and neither of them did anything for me. Now I am taking Poseidon Night Time and I have never...
  11. Test Replacement

Thanks. My primary doctor actually recommended that I see an endocronologist. I have an appointment on Tuesday and will see what they say. I am looking forward to the growth gains that come with it. I hit the gym hard 5 days a week, but have not been seeing the gains I would like for the...
  12. Test Replacement

Thanks. I appreciate the advice. I have decided to go the hrt route instead of messing with an endo or urologist. Your thoughts are exactly what I am fearful of. That is that the doctor will only try to raise my level to that of a normal 41 year old. That is certainly not what I want. Oh...
  13. Test Replacement

Thoughts on whether to go to a urologist or an anti-aging clinic? If it is prescribed by my urologist, then most of it may be covered by insurance. However, I have seen posts from some who had bad experiences with their urologist (e.g, hesitant to prescribe test injections, etc.) I am not...
  14. Test Replacement

I got my lab results back. Testosterone, Serum (Total) 196 ng/dL the reference range is 249-836 Free Testosterone (Direct) 5.1 pg/mL the reference range is 6.8-21.5 I was just tested for free and total, but given the low numbers, I am going to investigate TRT and have a complete...
