Yep just gotta keep upping the calories slowly until your metabolism is used to it, that’s why it’s preferred to eat every 3 hours or so. You’ll be blown away by how much easier it is to eat once you go a few weeks without missing a meal. I spent most of this past year above 5k calories and...
I use low dose Accutane for 6-8 months at a time as needed, haven’t had a pimple even on bigger blasts in a long time. That dose doesn’t touch my liver enzymes either
I have been using tretinoin cream the past few months and am blown away by the results. That or baby dose Accutane (5-10mg) are really good for helping fine lines and skin texture
I have found over time, as long as I am hitting everything I want to grow efficiently, along with proper diet and cycle protocol of course… you will make progress no matter what, and definitely feels effective switching it up every now again.
I usually bounce between the bro split and a PPL...
If you are used to much lower food, would be a lot easier on your digestion to increase it slowly rather than all at once. Your metabolism needs to ramp up over time, spread the meals out with smaller portions. If you are still having trouble, drop things little by little to see what you aren’t...
Just eat in a slight deficit, 30 mins of low intensity cardio a day. After a week or two of doing this the weight will be coming off steadily and you just keep the train rolling

Sadly we live in a world where it’s become socially acceptable to say that a child made a choice to change their gender.
It’s insane to me that it’s frowned upon for a man to take some test to address hormonal imbalances, but okay to pump someone full of it that hasn’t even reached maturity.
agreed on all fronts, I walk around at 250-260 off-season and compete in a 212 weight class. I never go above 350 test, and overall anabolic load is usually just over a gram at peak cycle. Push food first, then push the gear if you don’t grow. That’s always been my philosophy
Seems like a lot of unnecessary compounds to me, especially after a ten year break. I’m of the mindset that NPP is really only great at long term muscle gain, so I would rather see you just run a moderate dose of test with lower end NPP for the whole run tbh.
the juggling of compounds on a...
I have always been too nervous to take the dive myself, the trest sides horror stories have been enough to keep me away. I may reassess and try it at a real low dose
