Hen I was real skinny a few years ago say 6'2 n 155lb I new I was in bad shape I wanted to be bigger then I grew n that wasn't enough at 170lb now I bounce around at 204 n 199 with I'd say 6 or 7 % bodyfat what do you all think about that but I have a new goal it's 215 I feel I never big enough...
I'm not asking for a diagnoses but I arm wrestled a buddy bout a year ago n we locked up for a while but when it was over I had a immediate pain in the elbow area like from the top of the forearm to the bicep real bad for a while weeks then started to slack off I still trained through the pain...
I ain't sure how this works yet I'm new here but check it out I'm not gaining much from squatting legs are looking a bit better but no strength really not a bunch I'm A tall dude what yall think just keep squatting?
