I love the pumps Tbar rows give you. Try barbell rows on the smith machine. It really allows you to exaggerate the movement and squeeze the hell out of that back.

I can agree with that. Although I choose NPP over Deca. I just don't have the patience for Deca lol. Overall it's really great at giving a very full look.
I don't use prohormes at all but I did a hdrol cycle for my first time ever using anabolics. I found my sweet spot to be 100mg ED. If I were to introduce hdrol at the end of my cycle do you tapering up is pointless? Or just begin at 100mg?
