    I am wanting to start a 5x5 training routine and after reading of threads i am sure it is what i need to do.     sun cloud no chest and tris on their own day would do them when combating weak exercises if i thought they were struggling, plus dumbell flies i count as shoulders because that where i mainly feel the burn even though its meant to work chest, and triceps would get a good beasting of the boxing...

    i have same problem, i dont have a squat rack so i can only squat what i can lift above my head and onto my shoulders, so i squat my 1 rep max on the shoulder press, 3 sets of 60 reps.

    cheers what i think ill do is put an extra kg on one dumbell for my smaller side to make it work a bit harder as i have already tried extra reps and sets on my smaller side and and didnt achieve any more size on it but made it look more cut
