Kind of strange I've cut back on my diet a lot but took a week off the gym from when I started post cycle. I've been supplementing potassium through foods but I'm getting lil cramps when I relax a muscle and then try to flex it, mainly in my chest and quad. Ever happen to anyone?

When you take stims to counter the lethargy are you noticing high BP at all? I get tension headaches when I take caffeine and I'm on some Epi. I just try to counter the lethargy with a nap [emoji817][emoji119] lol

Austin you need to do speed training twice a week. Keep the strength training going. I was there with you and improved to 4.54 at 165 in high school. I increased to 315 bench 385 power clean and squats were 425. Point is you need to explode on everything. I did BFS. Dot drills warm up and such...

250-330 grams of protein/day
40%ish of Cals is protein
1.5-2grams protein/lb of body weight
40% carbs- get higher nutrient rich carbs
