you can take hawthorne berry or celery seed extract, I believe annabolic innovations life/and cycle support have them , I normally have prehypertension and most cycles are hard on it for me but I'm not taking anything for bp at 600mg and have been doing fine no problems at all just a little...- tatteredsaint
