    Why isn't it? Because someone is selling it and calling it a supplement? Just look at Tianeptine: Not DHSEA compliant. Made completely synthetically so no hope of being compliant. Has no NDI. Has undergone phase I clinical trials in the US. Is used as a prescription only drug in several countries.

    Put some open books or folders around it to block the air flow, if it is an area with a lot of current or directly in the path of a AC vent, it will cause it to fluctuate.
