I have to agree with you the iPhone is a really good to mess around with when you are doing cardio. Sometimes I lose my pace during cardio but it sure makes cardio go by faster which is always a plus, IMO.

If you are having calcification in that area I would suggest you watch how much vitamin D you are getting each day. Calcification takes a long time take in effect if you are taking to much vitamin D but it is a known side effect for having too much of it in your diet.

I have tried both of them and I liked gaspari's thyrotabs a lot more. I saw better results taking it than I did with thyrogen-x. Just remember you have to taper up and taper down when you are taking thyrotabs.
