    It's really going to vary substantially from doctor to doctor. I tested at 209 My doc put me on 50 a week but prescribed enough for 100 a week, Which I quickly moved to, I now supplement that dosage, And feel like superman.

    You'll find that DB press will really pull in your stabilizers. Do DB for a while and you'll be surprised how your regular bench will go up.

    I have a hiccup in my test cyp supply. I've been taking 400 a week and will have to go a week before my next bottle comes in. I have access to Andro Gel 1.25 grams. Can I use this to bridge the gap in supply , and if so, how much should I use? Thanks
