Type 1 diabetic diagnosed in 1991. Began the occassional weight training 5 years ago. Became serious about training the end of 2010 and competed in my first 2 NPC shows spring 2012. 1st place lighweight at NPC Uppermidwest and 3rd place lightweight at NPC Gopher State.
