    Focus on technique rather than how much weight you can lift. I see so many ppl loading up on the squat and doing pathetic half and sometimes quarter squats.

    Thanks Doss, Ive got tight as f*ck hammies so I usually opt out of the SLD's because my ROM isnt very good.....but I suppose incorporating them will improve it. Thanks for the feedback.
