to be honest, i'm not really sure if the gakic is doing anything or not. I tried leukic earlier this year (well i guess its last year now) and noticed a bigger buildup of lactic acid during workouts so i figured...stack with gakic. Eventually i gave up on leukic and just used teh gakic before...
Does anyone know if this is bad/unhealthy? The 2 have very similar components but I use NO2 everyday for lifting purposes, but also take Gakic for when I run. I've taken the 2 on and off for a while but have not taken both in the same day. Will anything go wrong if i do? Or should it be ok?
